Hotel Hayden New York

The hotel is in a fantastic location only a short walk from Penn Station. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and surprisingly quiet and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was self serve and regularly topped up by the smiling staff member. I found this hotel such good value for money and so central that I returned after spending a few days in Boston.

Room service everyday was excellent, staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, facilities were great and considering where the hotel is located, amazing value for money. Breakfast was nice and the gentleman in charge of it was so welcoming and friendly.

The location was brilliant, on the same street as the Subway. The room was a great size with plenty of places for clothes, make up and coffee making. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels, spare toilet roll and slippers. And even when we left the room later on in the day; we still came back to a made up room! The two lifts were always working and even though there were 19(?) floors, it didn't take long for the lift to arrive at each call. The lobby was cool and inviting with an outside seating area too. They also helped with luggage if needed and stored luggage after check out.

Can’t beat the location! Central to literally everything! The staff was always very kind and helpful, and most importantly, I felt safe. Would stay again.
